摘 要 主诊医师负责制是当前医疗服务模式创新改革的研究热点之一。 笔者通过建立主诊医师负责制实施与医生行为选择的博弈模型,探讨主诊组医生的工作行为与主诊医师负责制的具体执行模式、绩效考评设计、奖惩制度等因素的关系,并提出深入推进该制度的对策,包括建立有效甄别主诊组成员行为与产出的考核体系,明确奖惩方案,完善绩效考核的配套设施与管理制度以及提高医生对主诊医师组考核的认知。

Abstract Attending physician responsibility system is the hot study issue in the health field. By designing the game model ofimplementing attending physician
responsibility system and physicians’ behavior
selection,this paper explores the relationship
between physicians’ behavior and attending physician responsibility system’ applying modelꎬ performance
evaluation design and system of rewards and penalties. Some countermeasures were put forward to promote the
system including that the performance evaluation
system should be built effectively so as to screen the conduct and performanceof physicians, the scheme of
rewards and penalties should be specific, the supporting facility together with the management system should be improved, and physicians’ cognition on performance evaluation should be enhanced.
